Film Opener

Most well rated movies begin with a scene that attracts the audience, which is the goal we are trying to accomplish. In this case, we are supposed to make the audience stay on their toes to see what will come next. Our genre is suspenseful, so intriguing the people might be a challenge. How does one hook the audience by scaring them? They are there for one reason to begin with, which is to get scared. In my next post I will show an example of what we are trying to do.
